Went to Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, GA, with my COSTCO membership purchase certificate. Was treated with courtesy and respect and was even offered a Honda military rebate which I was not even aware that Honda offered in addition to a Honda Loyalty Rebate. Was so pleased with the deal, I ended up buying 2 Civics. The salesman Ted Mierzewski and the Interet Salesman Dave Kellam were super. This was the easiest car buying experience in the past 45 years that I have ever had. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them. More

I had had previous experience with this dealership with service for my other car and felt comfortable returning to buy another. Jim Anderson is the Sales Rep. I spoke with when I arrived following an accident that ultimately totaled my existing Honda Accord. He helped me through the initial "looking" process and was there when I returned to purchase my car. Every question regarding the car I wanted to purchase was answered and the deal was made. Afterward, Jim walked me through the ins and outs of the 2015 Honda CR-V EXL that I purchased. Lou Sobh has an outstanding organization in Cumming and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Oh and by the way, ask for Jim Anderson. More

BUT LouSobh just changed my view on delaerships. the are a wonderful dealership and do not push you to buy something you do not want to buy. They are very honest and very true to what they say. We worked with Jacob for our car. And he has been working with me for over an year on this and was never pushy. The best thing I like about Jacob is that even after he made the sale he was very courteous and friendly. Most delaers would treat you like dirt once you have bought the car. Lou Sohb is not one of those dealers. They treat you the same even after you buy the car. If you have to buy a car, I would suggest you go to Lou Sohb and ask for Jacob. More
