A Salesman that worked for me! I will start off by saying I cannot stand to go to a dealer and all the sales personnel swarm you and then pressure you with "try driving this one", " I will start off by saying I cannot stand to go to a dealer and all the sales personnel swarm you and then pressure you with "try driving this one", "I'll crunch numbers for this one" and so on. I NOT ONE TIME felt pressured to buy anything. In fact, Russ encouraged me to take my time and see whats out there and what best suited ME!!! He truly made me feel comfortable and at ease. Further more when I figured out exactly what I wanted I called him to let him know. He asked several questions as to color, trim level, etc and then asked when I could come in again. When I went in he had done EVERYTHING for me, negotiated the deal and negotiated interest rates for the auto loans. All I had to do was review, sign my loan paperwork, and the sales paperwork then he handed me the keys! Not only did I get a GREAT interest rate but I also got an EXCEPTIONAL deal on my new Accord! This is EXACTLY how car buying should be! More

When we visited the dealership they were very cordial and not pushy at all. They said they would match the lowest offer we received and would make our trade in whole.
