Amazing service Last week my fiance and I purchased a 2006 Honda Oddesey from this dealer. My son has some severe medical issues and we drive over 2 hours one way jus Last week my fiance and I purchased a 2006 Honda Oddesey from this dealer. My son has some severe medical issues and we drive over 2 hours one way just to go to the hospital in atlanta. This van we found was a Godsend. Thomas was our salesperson and he was amazing from the start. Even though we could not currently afford to buy new, we were treated as we drove off of the lot in a 2016. The van was spotless when we left and full of gas! Thomas helped us the entire way through and never let us down. We did not finance so I can not rate the finance guys, but the man who took our check was pleasant as well. The next weekend we had to have some minor issue ls fixed and made a visit to the service area. This was wonderful as well. Mike Blalock was the advisor and we were again treated like a VIP! When I am able to trade this in for a new one I will Def go to Lou Sohb! More

The sales man I was supposed to meet with was busy with another customer on my arrival. It was not a problem, I was introduced to Ryan and he did a great job. He was very knowledgable about the Honda Pilot I was looking at. He took time to go over all features and explain the costco program and also the dealership. Overall Lou Sobh Honda did a great job! I also traded in my old Honda Pilot at the dealership and it was immediately put out on the lot for sale. Lou Sobh gave me a great price on my old Honda and even price matched the price I was given at Carmax. My salesman I contacted first Thomas, even made sure to come over and check all paper work etc. as we moved into signing the final sales papers.
