Bringing my car in was great. John was amazing. Coming to pick it up was not so. Took about 5 minutes for someone to notice me. Took about another 5 for one of the techs to actual John was amazing. I wanted to pick my car up by early afternoon to save me a trip back to the dealership. I was told I could track the progress on the Lou Sobh app. Late afternoon the app still showed “in process”. I got a trip back to the dealership. I was told I could track the progress on the Lou Sobh app. Late afternoon the app still showed “in process”. I got a voice mail from the service writer who said my car was ready. By then, I had returned home and would have to make another trip to pick it up. The service writer said my car had been ready since 1. I said the app shows still in process. I was told that the techs don’t update the app. So, because the techs are too lazy to update the app, and management is too inept to see that the update the app — the app is useless. Either lose the app or require the techs to update as part of their job. If they won’t, then find techs that will. More
