The service was great, but they accidentally forgot to reset the oil change reminder. After driving a few miles, I received a reminder for an oil service. Although the Lou Sobh dealership has always done well for me, the time from car closing to date of payoff has twice been unacceptable. As of today, PNC bank still has not been paid off, so I am showing as a me, the time from car closing to date of payoff has twice been unacceptable. It shouldn’t take over 6 hours to purchase a vehicle (with cash). More
