Amazingly good service I took my 2013 Highlander to find out how much it would cost for some minor body work. Jeff Venetis was courteous and helpful beyond anything I could I took my 2013 Highlander to find out how much it would cost for some minor body work. Jeff Venetis was courteous and helpful beyond anything I could imagine. The damage was primarily a problem with the paint being scuffed (I don't know if that's the right word or not.). After looking at it, Jeff went inside, got a buffer and a few rags and fixed the problem for me right then and there. No charge! This is an example of why we've been going back to Lou Fusz Toyota for 25+ years. More

Scott....he is fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!! After 20 years of spending half a morning or better waiting for routine service, I finally found a service department that values my time as much as I do! I no longer have to take a half a day of vacation time to get my oil changed! They had me in and out before I finished my first cup of coffee! Well done Derrek Thebeau and Nick Mann.
