Bunch of liars!! 2/2/19 Talked to one of their service reps, Dalton. I explained that after i had my car repaired at their collision center, oil started leaking under 2/2/19 Talked to one of their service reps, Dalton. I explained that after i had my car repaired at their collision center, oil started leaking under my car. He said bring in the car on 2/2/19. I explained i needed my car and he said he talked with his manager and they would loan me a car for FREE until i get my car back. So when i came to get my car, they said i had to pay for a days rental of $55. The person at the desk, Lynn W, another liar told me i could take the receipt to the oil change place because it was their fault and they would pay for my rental. Another lie. Don't believe anything these people tell you. More
Excellent Repair Service and Help with Other Car Issue I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received concerning my Highlander's repairs after an accident. The staff was attentive to my need I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received concerning my Highlander's repairs after an accident. The staff was attentive to my needs, the work done was excellent and any questions I had were addressed thoroughly. When an issue came up with my car the day after the repairs, I called Steve Sage and he was very helpful in troubleshooting the problem. We later determined the issue was totally unrelated to the repair job and I was able to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I've always been treated fairly and with respect and it seems they are willing to "go the extra mile" to make sure we're satisfied when the job is done! More
Most Unfriendly Receptionist I have ever met My first impression from the receptionist (Sandy Dodson) was almost enough to make me leave. She was so unfriendly, acting as if i was a bother to he My first impression from the receptionist (Sandy Dodson) was almost enough to make me leave. She was so unfriendly, acting as if i was a bother to her, disrupting her day. Fortunately, Steve Sage came out and his attitude turned the tables. The second interaction I had with Sandy was equally as bad, still she was so rude and bothered. Fortunately, Jeff the manager stepped out, he was just as nice as Steve and once again, the tables had been turned around. My third interaction with Sandy was on the phone, she was equally as rude and bothered with my call and questions, actually to the point I finally barked back at her. I am 56 years old, bought a lot of cars, been to a lot of body shops, never have I met someone so rude. In fact, in all my other purchasing or service related experiences, I have never been treated so poorly. Perhaps she was having a bad Friday (11/21/18), bad Wednesday (11/26/18), bad Friday (11/28/18); but, that's a week string of bad days.... She probably has some skills; but, should be moved to a "back office support role" so your clients or potential clients don't have to put up with her attitude. More
