We have been going to this dealeship for years. Mike Wolz is THE BEST! He is a person of integrity and his advice can be trusted. I needed to have my Toyota checked for road worthiness because of an emergency trip to Atlanta. Been taking my Camry to Lou Fusz Toyota for years and they've kept my car in top running condition. I've found them to be the friendliest and most thorough in the area. He always remembers my name and it's like we picked up the conversation right where we left off. I only mention this because if you can understand the efforts they put into being friendly with each individual person, when thousands of people come through that place each month, then you can imagine how thorough their work is in the garage. I have taken my 2008 FJ Cruiser to Fusz every 5000 miles or so and currently have 68,000 miles on it. I have had several different service people work with me in the last two years. I never make an appointment, but they take me right in, find out what I need, let me know what I should do at various milestones and have offered me coupons for my oil changes. The work gets done quickly, the checkout is efficient and everyone I've been in contact with is very personable. The last time I was in, while I was doing the writeup, one of the other service guys offered to rub out some of the black marks on my paint as I was looking on. It was a simple thing, but made the car look better and didn't cost anymore. Also I had forgot to bring in my coupon for a tuneup. The next day I came back with the coupon and ask if they would credit me for the savings and they did without a problem. I don't feel like they are trying to do unnecessary work. I have a high level of trust for the service writers. I believe I get a good value from Fusz Toyota. More

There have been times when I've needed to show up in an emergency, and I've never been turned away by the service technicians and have always been treated in a friendly and professional manner. My car issues are resolved whenever I have been there. I have recommended Lou Fusz to my friends and colleagues on a regular basis. Recently a couple I've known for many years bought a Camry from you, partially due to the comments I made regarding your dealership. I will be buying my next car from you as well, once I need to do so. Word of mouth is very important to a business, and you can count on mine--and my continued patronage. I previously used Wolfe Toyota of Manchester and had several issues that were not taken care of satisfactorly.
