2016 Highlander 10,000 Mile Service I did stop by on Saturday morning for my 2016 Highlander 10,000 mile regular service, I was greeted warmly and kindly by a young man (sorry, don't rem I did stop by on Saturday morning for my 2016 Highlander 10,000 mile regular service, I was greeted warmly and kindly by a young man (sorry, don't remember the name) in the service reception area and I was direct to meet Kathy, who was my service advisor during this visit. Kathy was kind and nice with very welcoming smile. during the visit while the vehicle was been serviced, I visited the sale area and met David Koop who was my original salesman for my 2016 Highlander. David and I work some numbers out about trading in my 2016 Highlander XLE for 2017 Highlander Limited. David was informative and nice and he handled the negotiation professionally. I took the number home to discuss with the family members but they didn't like the color which I chose (Silver). Also, during the negotiation process I did talk to Nathan Pitchford, Nathan is very nice and humble to work with as well. no pressure from David Koop, hopefully we would work out the deal in the days to come, most likely with another color. excellent service and professionalism. Speedy, polite service at Fusz Toyota I have been coming here for service for 12 years with my Avalon and now 5 more years with my Camry Hybrid. The technical staff is always polite, profe I have been coming here for service for 12 years with my Avalon and now 5 more years with my Camry Hybrid. The technical staff is always polite, professional and provides fast service with an explanation of what they did and when I should return. This time I had TXM Moss/Rodriguez (TX3). The lounge is comfortable, the coffee is good, and I love the Dad's Oatmeal cookies. It usually takes an hour and that includes a free car wash. I can't imagine why I would ever want to use another place for service. More

I am techno-challenged, and they cheerfully help me with radio and phone issues whenever I stop by. I recently needed body work and they told me it would be 5-6 days, and were finished in 3 1/2. My car was immaculate, inside and out. That night I noticed the interior passenger door handle was broken. I went back the next day and they fixed it, with a smile and kindness, while I waited. I took my 2014 Avalon in today for an oil change and scheduled maintenance. I was greeted with a smile when I drove in for my 10:00 AM appointment and Debby, my service rep, did an outstanding job explaining what needed to be addressed today. She kept me informed regarding the progress of the work and had me out the door with a smile on my face. Not only was the work done in a very reasonable amount of time, my car was spotless inside and out from the dealerships complimentary car wash.
