Good Service Took a new used car in with no warranty, it started shaking a few days into driving. Talked to Scott who had me bring it in first thing next business Took a new used car in with no warranty, it started shaking a few days into driving. Talked to Scott who had me bring it in first thing next business day. Took only a couple of hours to fix and the dealership covered it. I was impressed w/the service so I will go back. More

Service is great I like the expert service. I feel if you sell the vehicle and work on the vehicle all day, everyday, you will be the best at working on that vehicle. I like the expert service. Since I purchased my vehicle from Lou Fusz I have been very pleased with my service. Mike Wolz, as a service advisor, is very helpful, and straightforward, when advicing services needed. He is not pushies just gives you the facts and if you have a problem He is quick to try to fix it. More

Service Department Since 1999 Lou Fusz has serviced my 1999 Avalon. The service rep I have seen for most of the time was Scott Gryzmaia. I believe the service needed was Since 1999 Lou Fusz has serviced my 1999 Avalon. The service rep I have seen for most of the time was Scott Gryzmaia. I believe the service needed was appropriate and reasonable. I now have close to 250,000 miles on the Avalon and it runs as good now as the day I purchased it. The service received has kept my car going. Looking forward to the day I see 300,000 miles on my odometer. More
