I would strongly urge people to shop around before using this dealership. They have the most aggressive pricing and billing practices I have ever seen.($180/Hr) I took my car here for a simple brake job and this dealership. They have the most aggressive pricing and billing practices I have ever seen.($180/Hr) I took my car here for a simple brake job and oil change. $580 later I am leaving. While waiting I made some phone calls and found that they are 40% higher on pricing than other repair shops in the area and they marked up the price of a part 100%.at the least. I priced my exact services at another toyota dealership and it came out to $335. This dealership called me about my reviews and then lied to me again about the price of a part they had to buy. They want me to think they pay the same amount as the public. LOL. At least they offered to refund me some of my crazy bill but my position stays the same. Don't make the same mistake I made, shop around and don't even waste your time going here. It is not the fault of the consumer that dealerships are not gettting the inventory they need to supplement their income with sales. This is gouging and taking advantage of the uneducated consumer at its best. If I didnt bring in my own parts for the repair, my bill would be over $1000 for a brake job and oil change. I called several repair facilities and they were WAY cheaper. Learn from my mistake. ALSO, I was billed for 3.8 hours and I was only at the dealership for 2.5 hours, 30 minutes of which was waiting for a part with no work being done, so they did pretty well in the hourly mark up department as well. Finally there is the alignment checking trick that they did to me. Told me my alignment was off. I went to a tire store and they checked it for free. It was perfect, in fact the store said I should expect to get over 85K miles out of my tires!!! Be careful, this is one of thousands of dealerships that are struggling due to a lack of sales. More

Don Loyd has not only done a great job as my service technician but even did a bit of additional cosmetic work on the interior that he happened to notice. I took my 2005 Corolla in for a state inspection and oil change. My service rep was Brian Eads, and he took good care of me. I brougt my client to this dealership to peruse the selection of vehicles and Mike was so kind in letting us start the car so my client could hear and feel the engine from the passenger seat! Mike went above and beyond with his service in telling us about the vehicle specifications and allowing us to start it up. It made my client's day, and mine as well. I have worked in the customer service industry for 8 years and never experienced such generosity and kindness before. When I need a new vehicle for myself, I will definitely be contacting Mike to help set me up as a result of this experience. More
