We are very concerned you were not happy with the charges for labor and parts after your initial approval. Our prices are competitive in the market and we frequently audit this. The parts we use are chosen based on reliability and quality for the best overall experience. While available, we do not install or purchase lower tier auto parts that you are referencing. Further, our records don't align with any of the figures quoted. We would be happy to go over your invoice with you to make sure there wasn't a billing mistake. Please contact our service manager to arrange. We will gladly refund your money if you have records backing up your statements. We look forward to speaking to you further and resolving this.
