My husband and I visited your dealerhip to look for a new Camry. Albert Koesterer greeted us on the parking lot immediately. He answered our questions and took us for a test drive. His knowledge and friendly non-pressure approach is actually what brought us back to Lou Fusz the second time. Albert was then assisting another customer. Instead of having us wait, he inrtoduced us to John Sanchez. After talking with John for a few minutes, he found the exact car we had been looking for, a 2012 Camry demo. He also answered our questions and stayed with us through the process of buying the car. Camry's do sell themselves, but your salesmen sold us on Lou Fusz dealership. More
Been taking my Camry to Lou Fusz Toyota for years and they've kept my car in top running condition. I've found them to be the friendliest and most thorough in the area. He always remembers my name and it's like we picked up the conversation right where we left off. I only mention this because if you can understand the efforts they put into being friendly with each individual person, when thousands of people come through that place each month, then you can imagine how thorough their work is in the garage. My wife tends to lean towards the flashier bigger vehicles, while I tend to lean towards the more fuel efficient models. Elizabeth pointed out the better qualities of what we both like and in a very diplomatic way helped us settle our debate and we have not purchased it yet but we are very much interested in a Highlander hybrid. I have to say as much as I liked the Highlander, I liked the salespersons approach based on facts vs. just the same old sales pitch. I will buy from Lou Fusz Toyota not only for the product, but for the excellent customer service. I can only hope the rest of my experience will match the way it started! Thank you! More
I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Prius from Lou Fusz. The salesman was Albert Koesterer. Albert treated my wife and I professionally, respectfully and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Albert took the time to explain the features from inside and out. We test drove the vehicle and Albert also assisted in testing out some of the features with the new Toyota entune system. Albert never made us feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. When we submitted the information for our trade-in and offer on the vehicle, Albert worked for us to get the best deal we could. I would highly recommend using Lou Fusz to anyone and especially Albert Koesterer. Also the finance department was outstanding. The took the time to explain all the various maintenance packges, and again I never felt pressure to purchase any. Also they worked for me to get me the best rate possible! More

My review is don't ask for Linda Taylor as your sales person. Im obviously shoping for a new car & I understand my credit may be bumpy but jeees im still able to qualify.To me she didn't even posses the person. There was no timely knowledgable service when it came to calling me back to update me!!!! During my hole bad experience I had even left a deposit to secure the car until further notice. I finally had enough bad service I decided to go elsewhere to purchase. It even took an hour & a half to get back my deposit.....WOW by far thee worst car shopping experience:( More

The major reason I turned to Lou Fusz Toyota in buying a new car was because I've had great experience with its service department over the years. Though I'd bought my previous Toyota from another dealer be new car was because I've had great experience with its service department over the years. Though I'd bought my previous Toyota from another dealer because it had beaten Fusz's price then, this time the Fusz deal came out on top. The salesman and sales manager behaved professionally, offering a fair trade-in price for my old car and meeting my offer after very little haggling. Neither was high-pressure. And while the unavoidable preloaded "extras" such as side striping and protective coatings were way overpriced in the initial listed price, they essentially disappeared as a factor in the final price. And no one even tried to push an extended warranty plan. More
