Wonderful salesman, Spencer. Got us into the vehicle we wanted and gave us what we wanted for our trade. We were just in on Saturday and bought a used Toyota Rav 4 that was on the lot. We loved the car. It started out great. The lady at the front desk was very kind. She connected us to the salesman Spencer. Sp 4 that was on the lot. We loved the car. It started out great. The lady at the front desk was very kind. She connected us to the salesman Spencer. Spencer was absolutely wonderful and if this review was just about the two of them it would have been 5 stars. They were excellent. However our experience with Tony the manager was less than desirable. We were given a quote and told that didn't really work and that we didn't want the warranty that they wanted to add. No problem Spencer took it back did some more negotiating and the answer to our negotiation was to knock money off the warranty that we just told them we didn't want (now I know that is part of the job to push those things and I also know that it was not Spencer, but Tony pushing it) but we hesitantly agreed. As the paperwork was brought back to Tony's office we decided that we were not good with that and my husband went to tell them that we did not want the warranty. That is where things took a turn. Tony was very rude and pushy with my husband. He got an attitude when telling my husband things like "Well if you don't want to your car to have more value that doesn't effect me, that is on you." His tone was unacceptable, he didn't seem to understand that we were the customer, it was our money, and we could choose to spend it however we wanted. He basically insinuated how dumb we were and the customer service with him was absolutely unacceptable. After that whole ordeal (which by the way was done with an open door for everyone to hear how he was talking including the other customers in the store) we waited for several hours for our turn to sign paperwork. They were busy and we didn't have an appointment so it's ok. However the financial guy then came by and handed us a pamphlet again trying to push the warranty. It was ridiculous. Also our car was (according to the tag attached to the key) supposed to have a second key fob, which hasn't been located yet. Though again I will sing Spencer's praises as he is working diligently to find it. All in all Spencer was awesome, he made us feel like we were important and heard, the receptionist was super kind, their co-workers could use some work. More
