Amazing service department I had never owned a Subaru until a year ago. I love my Subaru, but I also love the service department at this dealership. I’ve never had anything act I had never owned a Subaru until a year ago. I love my Subaru, but I also love the service department at this dealership. I’ve never had anything actually wrong with my Forester, but I have been into the service department 4 or more times with questions. Ok, I admit I’d rather talk to a person than look in a manual. Today I stopped in and talked with Matt Woodson because of a light that can on. Matt has helped me on most of my visits. He was able to take me right away and found a nail in my tire. I got my tire fixed and a brief check over on my car for just the price of the tire repair. This review is long because I am so shocked to being reviewing any auto dealer or service department with a positive review. Good job Matt. You are knowledgeable, always helpful and very respectful. Review I gave 3 stars for a couple of reasons. First, dept. can’t seem to find why my car barely turns over in cold weather. Second, my brakes have rated a y I gave 3 stars for a couple of reasons. First, dept. can’t seem to find why my car barely turns over in cold weather. Second, my brakes have rated a yellow mark the last two times I have brought it in with measurements of 4mm and 6mm. This time, they rated in the green area with measurements of 8mm and 8 mm. I caught it when getting ready to pay. Lead technician then measured again and they were 3mm. So......first mechanic simply didn’t do his job. This is concerning. More
People are nice, but service is not convenient I schedule my service online for break check and open recall. I also add loaner car option at the same time. Unfortunately, I was told there’s no loaner car option on the service day. I have to pay my rental and there’s no car ready. The shuttle isn’t available for more than five miles. I had to wait there for two hours and missed my meeting. The worse thing is they cannot fix the open recall on the same day. I have to schedule it again. I scheduled my appointment two days ahead. I think I should get a call to tell me or be clear on the website at least. More

Way too long I set up an appointment for the 30,000 mile service at 7:00am so I could get my car back mid to late morning. But that did not happen. I was not able to pick up my car until 3:30pm, which messed up our afternoon plans. I also left text messages and voice messages, were not returned. I finally contacted Dave Blanke, who was off work but still took the time to contact the service department for me. The actual service to my car appears to have been performed well. More
