Awesome, per usual! My 2016 Crosstrek was in desperate need of an oil change. I stopped in without an appointment. My service advisor, Matt, said no problem: oil changed, My 2016 Crosstrek was in desperate need of an oil change. I stopped in without an appointment. My service advisor, Matt, said no problem: oil changed, tires rotated, back on the road in an hour! Always courteous, professional, and efficient, I couldn't imagine taking my Baby to anybody else. Suspect diagnosis When my 2014 Outback with 65k miles was in for oil change, service tech noted noisy idler pulley and recommended replacement, along with belt. By the When my 2014 Outback with 65k miles was in for oil change, service tech noted noisy idler pulley and recommended replacement, along with belt. By the way, I could not detect the noisy pulley sound, but I am not a mechanic. When I informed service advisor the Outback had an extended warranty (Subaru would be paying for repair), I encountered a reduced sense of urgency to make repair. I insisted on getting the idler pulley replaced under warranty and requested immediate service. When I picked up the Outback after service, I discovered the idler pulley was not replaced after all. The service tech decided the noisy pulley was being caused by the belt. The belt was replaced and I was charged for the service as normal wear. No warranty claim. This was an uneasy experience for me and I am concerned there may still be an issue with the idler pulley. More
Got the job done Took both my wife's Legacy and my Outback in for service. TheOutback needed wheels aligned and the Legacy needed an oil change plus a number of routin Took both my wife's Legacy and my Outback in for service. TheOutback needed wheels aligned and the Legacy needed an oil change plus a number of routine checks. We left the cars for four hours or so and were given a free loaner. All work seems to have been done properly and the cars were returned in tip top shape. What more could we ask? More

This is our first Subaru and we could not be more pleased. My wife who is the principal driver of the Outback says she will never have another vehicle. The service staff I've dealt with Jeff Frazier, Matt Woodson, and Kristin Matthews as well as the office personnel are excellent, friendly, and professional. The Subaru company has been beyond our expectations as far as customer care on a couple of minor issues we had. We shopped other dealerships, but none compared with Lou Fusz Subaru - St. Peters, MO! More
