Rich is the BEST! I actually bought my Subaru 6 years ago, but each time I was in for maintenance Rich always made a point to stop and talk for a while. Every time you're there they know who you are. My husband traded my Subaru for a minivan a few months ago, but I'm already working with Rich to find a replacement Subaru and get rid of this van! More

Chris went out of his way to help me get my vehicle fixed. It is almost impossible for me to call during the day with my job, but he would contact me after hours to make sure everything was correct. fixed. He also helped me with a loaner, and worked around my schedule to get my car in. I have taken my car in a few times for service, and it's safe to say I will not be going to any other dealer besides Fusz to work on my car. Chris is very friendly, and I would highly recommend working with him to anyone. I've definitely had an A+ visit every time. Thanks Chris! More
