Oil change took too long I had an appointment at 12:30. I arrived at 12:22. I was finally finished at 2:10. That is entirely too long for an oil change. Here are the problems: you must be over-scheduling the work. The bigger problem is that your service reps are also cashiers. They’re busy enough with customers bringing in their cars for service. You need to re-think this situation and have a cashier. I am considering going elsewhere for my oil changes. The cost was $50.11. I know I can get that cheaper. Whatever happened to your coupons? This new management is a very bad idea. You are driving your good customers away. We have owned three Subaru’s but when it’s time to get a new car, the next one may not be a Subaru. Your service reps are great. They just are being pushed too much. More

What makes the experience even more amazing is that I live in Denver and Nathan was able to find the Subaru we wanted (in high demand) and organized the shipping (and pick up of trade in). There was an instant extension of trust from Nathan and the dealership that made me comfortable in purchasing a car from them. I only wish I lived closer so they could continue the outstanding service for the life of the car. More

Service I arrived on time they did what needed to be done and were done than less than an hour. The cost was reasonable. Lack of communication and long wait time. I brought the Outback in for oil/filter change, appointment at 9:00 AM, Didn’t leave until 11:30. Was told there was a software upgrade that would take an extra hour, was fine with that, but when I checked out, the Advisor said there was nothing on the paperwork showing that the upgrade was done. Note was left for the advisor to give me a call, never heard from him. Also the car looked worse after the car wash then before it was done. Lots of chatter in the waiting area about service that wasn’t positive. More

Buying from them was no different. Welcoming, professional, and considerate. Those along with a friendly, easygoing atmosphere made my buying experience something I would recommend without question. Juan Gozalo, my salesman, was an exceptional professional, and just a lot of fun to talk to. It was tested as very good in June at my scheduled oil change. Jeff told me to bring it right over and I did. He thoroughly explained that sometimes the battery is good but the software may not be telling the battery to charge. This was the case and I was delighted that the service was free. Your service department has always treated me well. They are efficient and they listen and consider your preferences. While waiting I spoke with a woman considering buying her first Subaru. I told her I highly recommend Lou Fusz and Subaru. Thank you More
