The transmission in our old Subaru went out so we needed another car as soon as possible. I found an outback that fit our needs on autotrader and gave Lou Fusz Subaru a call. I was fortunate to speak with Dave Blanke and he informed me the vehicle was available for purchase. We set up an appointment and he had the keys and vehicle ready for us to test out when we arrived. Dave is polite and well informed about the vehicles he sells...plus he has good stories to tell. We had our young children with us and Dave gave them some of the toys he keeps by his desk. This was very helpful! He also understood that kids have a finite patience level and got the ball rolling quickly with our purchase. He even stayed after the dealership closed to make sure we were informed of all the features/technology of our new Subaru.
