Travis Burch is the Business/Finance Manager and is so gracious and genuine. He handled the extended warranty options and financing. I was actually surprised at the warranty coverage. It is probably the best I have ever seen. They have different warrrenty package options that are probably worth the peace of mind. And working with Travis was a very pleasant experience. I didn’t feel any pressure, and I didn’t feel rushed. I also worked with 2 of the sales people, Ray and Kyle. They were great! Even though they are busy, they make you feel as if you are their only customer. I will definitaley recommend Lou Fusz Subaru to anyone I know looking for car. More

Seems it would be really helpful to me and other customers if they’d just apply the discount because they’re running a special. I really shouldn’t have to stay on top of it when it’s their coupon. Over time, however, the ownership costs of our Subarus have been very high. What is most frustrating is that we always seem to get some discount offer or coupon mailed to us AFTER a service visit. It is on paper and I never manage to keep it or take advantage of it. It would be very helpful if they simply gave us a credit on the account because we are loyal customers--this is the only place we bring our cars for service. More
