Ray Clancy, our sales rep, was immediately helpful, and continued to be as we called later with many questions. Once our decision was made, Ray cheerfully located just the right vehicle for us. The delivery appt was set and the only negative I can say about the experience is that it turned into quite a long evening -it was 1:30 AM as we drove away! However, Ray & team helped the waiting time pass quickly with fun conversation. Travis in Finance did his best to get us processed as quickly as possible with a payment plan that worked for us, and even stayed to help get the plates on our new ride. Overall, a great experience as we became part of the Subaru family. More
Service Department Parts had been ordered for my auto from a previous visit. Not only were both problems fixed, but they even set my car clock to Daylight Savings Time (which I had not done; merely remembering that clock was an hour slow). That's what I call "service". More

Good service, but with longer than usual wait this time Came in for regular maintenance, oil & filter change. Other areas of concern were brought to my attention (not unusual since car is over 15 years old) Came in for regular maintenance, oil & filter change. Told time to repair would be about 1.5 hours (was offered a loaner, but I elected to wait since I had my book to read). Car was ready about 2.75 hours later. Was given a small discount by Brian due to long wait time. Usually bring my car in during morning, so maybe with a 12:30 appt. time they got behind. I have been generally pleased with service here for over 15 years - things happen. One suggestion: provide a microwave so that customers who bring something to eat while waiting can heat up food or drink. Thanks. Will continue to bring my car for service here. More
Issue was fixed after multiple visits Poor communication. My initial complaint was completely dismissed. They talked down to me and didn't listen to my concerns. They offered a routine service that wasn't needed because they didn't take the time to actually diagnose the problem. When I questioned them and refused the service then they reevaluated and found a leak (that they hadn't found and wouldn't have bothered to fix if I hadn't questioned them). Assured car was fixed. Pick up car. Two of my three issues were resolved by the fixed leak. Drove the hour and a half to my house to have the the exact same problem happen immediately. Called up there where the man argued with me that they had fixed all problems and then didn't want to schedule me in a timely fashion to get it looked at again. Treated me like I was making it up. After second trip (round trip 3 hours) and almost 4 days without my car, they identified a common problem (a bulletin had even been issued by Subaru over it). They fixed it that day and the car runs beautifully now. Overall, the problem is fixed but I was treated poorly. It could have been fixed on the first visit had they not treated me like I was making it up. Now my two year old vehicle has a repaired AC oring, new alternator, and tensioner belt. I will likely use a different location for all future maintenance. More
Great Service Technicians; but know what your car needs I like everything about dealing with Lou Fusz Subaru, except that their Service Writers are using a "supercharged" service schedule. In other words th I like everything about dealing with Lou Fusz Subaru, except that their Service Writers are using a "supercharged" service schedule. In other words the Fusz "recommended" schedule is much more aggressive and expensive than the Subaru Factory schedule that is the car's Maintenance Schedule. Bottom line is when you make your appointment tell them the specific items you want performed, NOT simply "60,00 mile service". More
