Friendliness, appointm Scheduled regular oil change, tire rotation, MO state inspection and front brake noise diagnostics service for my '14 Outback. Friendliness, appointment scheduling and dealership atmosphere were topnotch. However, they said they could not detect the significant brake rattle I hoped would be addressed. Also, when they reported a low-beam headlight was out, and I said I would replace it myself (rather than pay the quoted $57), there was no mention of the requirement to remove the front tire and the wheel liner to get to the bulb. More

Oil change and tire rotation plus EXTRAS! We have the prepaid car pass for oil changes and thought why not get the tires rotated too. Then we got screwed... First $29.95 for a tire rotation We have the prepaid car pass for oil changes and thought why not get the tires rotated too. Then we got screwed... First $29.95 for a tire rotation is high. Then you charge almost 15% EXTRA for shop supplies $4.49. That's just not right. So I called to say what the hell. And got the run around from Brian. Basically if we only get prepaid oil changes then no extra charge. But any other service will result in a scam of EXTRA charges. Fyi my Dodge Ram tire rotation $19.95 this week and no shop fees at Royal Gate.... More
