Where is Lou Fusz follow up after sales service??? Lou Fusz didn't want to recognize I have a life time oil change agreement after I purchased the car from Lou Fuse. The sales agreement is for free oil change and I pay for oil filter only as long as I own the car. Now they give me a very hard time every time I come in for the agreed on oil change. WOW!!! More
Alternator replacement. Alnernator problem. Engine light on. Dz. With bad alternator. I had to return b/c I did not have mu copy of an extended warranty. I was able to be Alnernator problem. Engine light on. Dz. With bad alternator. I had to return b/c I did not have mu copy of an extended warranty. I was able to be seen in a timely manner. Alternater replaced with no drama. Note: there is no longer a loaner program. Tsk, tsk. My 2 rides cost $30. Would be worse for multiday repair. More

Decided to drop it off the day before since we’re an hour away and wanted to give them flexibility. Received a ride over and arrived at 12:30. Vehicle was parked outside in a different spot so I walked in assuming it was finished. Got blank looks and was told our tech was at lunch, and to have a seat. At 1:00 I noticed the vehicle had been moved again but was still outside, so I went back to service and inquired. Again, blank looks and was told it would still be another hour. My 10:15 appt was mentioned and I was informed that they were busy. Fifteen minutes later my phone rang. It was service telling me I was ready to go. Turns out they didn’t replace the airbag at all, even though I was told several times through the mail that this was an extremely important procedure that had to be fixed immediately. When I left, they told me I may receive something in the mail later on to do a replacement. Huh? More

The facility is excellent. My salesperson was perfect. His name is Hunter. He rolled out the red carpet for me. He is very personable, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Very Happy To Be A Part Of The Lou Fusz Family! My wife and I had made the decision about 10 months ago, that after a new job and a little more income, it was time to make our first NEW vehicle purc My wife and I had made the decision about 10 months ago, that after a new job and a little more income, it was time to make our first NEW vehicle purchase. I am not the researcher...that's my wife's department...and she is darn good at it and VERY thorough. We must have visited about 20+ dealerships and test driven about 30 different vehicles before finally deciding that the Subaru Outback was going to be our new car. Once the decision was made, we visited another Subaru dealership in the metro area...and let's just say that the experience there didn't inspire much confidence. We felt that we were being given the run-around...deals were advertised that they didn't seem to want to honor...high-pressure sales...everything you'd expect from a bad car dealership experience in a sitcom. Needless to say, the wind had been taken out of our sails just a bit until my parents suggested Lou Fusz Subaru in Creve Coeur. As a matter of fact, upon further investigation, my dad had bought a few vehicles from their Sales Manager, John Malloy, in the past. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by their Sales Manager and General Manager. They referred us to one of their Sales Associates, Hunter Jackson, who was SUPER friendly, very knowledgeable and so easy-going. Hunter really made the whole experience a joy. The car we were looking at over at the other dealership was a 2018 Subaru Outback, but guess what? Our experience was SO great and the deal was SO good that we ended up going for the BRAND NEW 2019 model instead. From the moment we arrived, until present day, we have felt like we're a part of a family. I know that sounds cheesy, but it's 100% true! Even when I went in to get some parts added on recently, John and Hunter greeted me with handshakes and conversation while I waited. It's a rare quality these days to find any service-based business that remembers your name, much less cares to catch up when you drop by. Oh...and the vehicle? It's a Subaru Outback! It's awesome!!! Deciding to pay a visit to Lou Fusz Subaru in Creve Coeur has made my wife and I Lou Fusz customers for the foreseeable future. This is EXACTLY what buying a new vehicle should feel like. More
