I recently purchased my second Subaru from Lou Fusz Subaru in St. Louis, Missouri. Ignacio Gomez was my salesperson for both purchases. His customer service and expertise are unparalleled. I looked at other vehicles online for my most recent purchase, but Ignacio is a large part of the recent I returned to Subaru. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes the entire car buying process seamless and efficient. Additionally, Ignacio treated my daughter (for whom I was purchasing the vehicle) with the utmost respect. His courteous and professional manner is refreshing. Buying Experience I am usually not thrilled with going into a dealership to shop for new vehicles as you either get ignored or the sales rep is pushy. Dan Lippert is n I am usually not thrilled with going into a dealership to shop for new vehicles as you either get ignored or the sales rep is pushy. Dan Lippert is not like that. Dan is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and it shows by how busy he is with customers. Dan talked with us and then gave us the keys to a demo for a test drive. We drove it for what we needed to, to determine its usability and came back to the dealership. We explained that we needed to test drive other manufacturers cars to determine which was best for us and Dan did not try to pressure us to buy right now. We came back to purchase the Crosstrek as it was our best fit and Dan again made the sale easy and painless. More

Fantastic all around! I was looking for an Outback - used, but with no real expectations. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Ignacio "Nacho" Gomez. He was SO friendly I was looking for an Outback - used, but with no real expectations. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Ignacio "Nacho" Gomez. He was SO friendly, laid back and professional. Never pushy, but helped me figure out what exactly I wanted. I ended up with a new Subaru Outback, which ended up being perfect for my needs. More
