Dan is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and it shows by how busy he is with customers. Dan talked with us and then gave us the keys to a demo for a test drive. We drove it for what we needed to, to determine its usability and came back to the dealership. We explained that we needed to test drive other manufacturers cars to determine which was best for us and Dan did not try to pressure us to buy right now. We came back to purchase the Crosstrek as it was our best fit and Dan again made the sale easy and painless. More
