Absolute FULL service My 2016 Subaru Forester had two service recalls and I needed a normal oil change. Knowing that specific service would require a number of hours, I r My 2016 Subaru Forester had two service recalls and I needed a normal oil change. Knowing that specific service would require a number of hours, I requested a one day loaner car. When I arrived on my service day, EVERYTHING was handled to perfection. Healthwise, I felt safe as I noticed the dealership was sanitized, people were wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Quickly, my car was processed as well as my loaner (which, by the way, was a 2019 Outback; fun to drive). The next day, I picked up my car without any problems knowing that all recalls were fixed and I had a new oil change. Thanks to Shelby Parker and the entire service dept. for a job well done. And a very special shout out to the "overworked and underpaid" woman who handled the loaner. She was FANTASTIC! If anyone is looking for a new or used car, this is the place to find it! And it's not only because of the quality of Subaru, but also the quality of the service AFTER the sale...TOP NOTCH! More

Positively Tremendous and Exemplary Purchasing Experience I came to get a brand new 2020 Subaru Forester, and left with the best experience I would not have predicted before. Ignacio ("Nacho" , in sales) and I came to get a brand new 2020 Subaru Forester, and left with the best experience I would not have predicted before. Ignacio ("Nacho" , in sales) and Bryan (in financing) were fantastic in not pressuring me to buy anything that I didn't want. I arrived to the Lou Fusz dealership with everything planned beforehand, and I expected that the purchase process would take the whole day -- and to my surprise, it did not. Between arriving to the dealership and leaving in my brand new Forester only took about 3 to 4 hours. I was able to test drive the car on streets that were nice, and some streets that were very damaged -- we did the same on the highway afterward as well. This allowed me to fully "feel" everything that the car could handle on a typical drive, without waiting for me to find out after I bought the car. All-in-all, Nacho and Bryan provided an exemplary purchasing experience, and at no time do I feel that I was being taken advantage of. Nacho and Bryan said that they were willing to do anything (even if it means reducing their profit) to get me the car at the price I wanted, because they ultimately work for and impress others on behalf of Subaru.
