deslership service I bought the oil pass program, when I bought my out back when I my oil was change the service manger said it was time for a tire rotation my reply was I bought the oil pass program, when I bought my out back when I my oil was change the service manger said it was time for a tire rotation my reply was k do it. When I was done the service manger said 102$.I replied I had car pass for the oil changes He replied my vin number wasn't in the computer if I would pay he would call and have my vin in the computer and send me a refund check for the 102$. I waited a month with no reply, I called a got "we are so sorry this happen to you we will put your vin in the computer and send you a check for 102$. Waited couple weeks no check. So I wrote a sucky review and got a phone call "we will send you a check for the oil change but not the tire rotation.. but we would like you to write better review" My review is THEY SUCK. More
