All aspects of my visit to purchase a new car and trade in my older model were smooth and professional. Chris Johnson, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. I traded my previous car in and Chris combed the car to make certain I left nothing in it....I had....a pair of sunglasses. The paperwork process went smoothly with both Chris and Brian, the Finance manager. The car title to the new car was delivered to my home expeditiously and that was important that I had that in hand with surgery coming up......sincere thank you to Chris and all those who made that happen. I don’t recall the name of the receptionist but she made me feel welcome and was very kind. All the salesmen I encountered made me feel welcome. This was the third car I have bought from Chris and that says it all. More

I just had my Outback serviced at Lou Fusz Subaru. Part of the service was to take care of a recall notice I had received. Shelby Parker, my service manager, called me to explain that 2 years ago I had pa of the service was to take care of a recall notice I had received. He explained the process I needed to take for Subaru to reimburse me for that old repair. And Subaru is now processing the reimbursement. Thanks Shelby! More
