The entire team at this dealership went above and beyond to help us. Our car broke down unexpectedly on the way to Nashville. This dealership was amazing from the time we walked in!! It was a crazy mad house in there and Robert in finance came out of his office to assure us someone would be right with us. We had an appointment to test drive a jeep, loved it. Then there was Nathan he was so awesome, we decided we couldn’t do the deal and he was very understanding. Then Wednesday the jeep was still available, Nathan texted me and he did everything he could to get us in the jeep for where we had to be. We closed the deal with Chuck, he was so nice and pleasant I can’t remember the finance guys name that we did our paperwork but he was also great. We love our jeep!! We did have to go to St. Peter’s location the next day and they were also amazing!! I believe it was Bob that helped us so a huge thank you to you too!!! I will definitely recommend you guys!! It will be a long time until I look for a new car but will go back to you!!!! Thanks again. More

She wound up buying a car from Lou Fusz Subaru and it was one of the best buying experiences that I've ever Subaru to look at used cars for herself. She wound up buying a car from Lou Fusz Subaru and it was one of the best buying experiences that I've ever seen. Not too long after, I started looking for a new car for myself. I liked what I saw on the lot when I was with my daughter but wanted to look into Subaru a little bit further. I like the standards in the values that Subaru adheres to. And I like the safety of the cars. So I decided to buy a 2019 Crosstrek limited edition. The experience for the last two years have been outstanding! Lou Fusz Subaru truly uphold the standards that Subaru is trying to portray. The service department is always friendly, timely, and informative. I have never been treated as a consumer with no choices but rather a customer who had many choices as to a new car purchase and service locations. My experience with Subaru has solely been based on Lou Fusz Subaru. And it has been wonderful! More
