I had another great experience with the service department today. Shelby was friendly and helpful. I love the convenience of being able to schedule appointments online--it's easy and seamless. That makes me trust them and it's the primary reason I return to Lou Fusz even though there are car service options much closer to my home. When driving home a day ago I noticed that my tire light came on. When I arrived at home I immediately called Lou Fusz Subaru and talk to the service department. They were able to get me in to check my tire came on. When I arrived at home I immediately called Lou Fusz Subaru and talk to the service department. They were able to get me in to check my tires that day. When I pulled in Shelby Parker got my information, answered my questions and gave me two estimates (one if the tire was totally bad and two if it was repairable without the new tire.). Fortunately the tire was repairable. I have bought my last several cars from this dealership I have always been satisfied with their sales personnel and their service personnel. More
