The service employee was friendly and did not try to talk me into having work done that I felt was not needed at this time which was my 60,000 mile review. And he also checked the cost of having the tires r me into having work done that I felt was not needed at this time which was my 60,000 mile review. And he also checked the cost of having the tires replaced which I asked him to do. I also like receiving an email with his report. This is the first time I received it and this would be great if this report was generated via email after every visit. More
