Chuck Malloy went out of his way to help with my new lease during Covid. He used FaceTime to show me the inside of the car, which has new items! He also showed the trunk with its new things, as well. He set me up with the finance department and I was able to give Brian all of the information he needed and he completed the application with me on line. Chuck will deliver the car to me soon and drive my other car back to the dealer. This has been so easy and safe. Chuck knows Subaru so well and he is extremely helpful. This is the 7th car I have leased from Lou Fusz Subaru and I couldn't be happier with everything Chuck has done to make this work! More
