Brought in my Forester for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned a one-time odd behavior I had observed a couple of months earlier. Shelby Parker and the service team were great. They listened to my report and tried to replicate it, even taking it out for a test drive. Of course, they couldn't replicate it (didn't expect they could), but at least it is documented now! More
