Mike talked me through the advantages/disadvantages of 2015 vas 2016. I went with the 2016 based on new features available. But never any pressure. One year I went to a different dealership for my Subaru because it was more convenient, but I will never make that mistake again. The service department is top notch. More
Pathetic experience- would rate it a 0 if I could I have never had a more discouraging and maddening car buying experience than what I was subjected to at the Lou Fusz Subaru dealership. I have been I have never had a more discouraging and maddening car buying experience than what I was subjected to at the Lou Fusz Subaru dealership. I have been researching, looking at, & driving many car brands over the last couple of weeks. I have narrowed my search down to about 2 or 3 cars and I will purchase one of them in the next 30 days. I went in to this dealership to talk to a sales person and test drive the Subaru WRX. For those who don't know, it's a common 4 door sedan that sells for around $30,000. I was told right up front that I would need to sit down and work out a deal first before driving the car! WHAT? How do I know that I even want the car if I can't drive it? Exact words from the sales guy "people who buy these cars don't even want a couple of miles on them" I am people who buy these cars and I would take some miles on them, that is, if I could test drive one. Really you can't even drive it? It should be the dealerships responsibility to have a car to test drive. What type of sales strategy is this? No customer service skills and no exceptions from a supposed Subaru policy. Really? I was professionally dressed, ready to buy, and was very polite the entire time. Well needless to say, I am not buying from this dealership. Many people are hearing about this incident too. I even ran into the manager on my way out and he said pretty much the same thing. These cars need to be protected from people who really drive them hard on a test drive. Really, I look like the type that would abuse a car that I am going to buy. Besides, I am sure you would be sitting right next to me. I already have a nice car and they could clearly see that it was in mint condition. This would be a second car. Wake up people, this is a 30k sedan, not a high end Lexus or Mercedes. Would you buy a house by only looking at the outside. No, you cant walk through the house to see everything else. Give me break. Good luck with your strategy of not letting buyers try out your product and then spend their hard earned $30,000. The saying I have heard by many about Lou Fusz is that the name should be "You lose" I agree now! Actually they lost this time, I am buying my car elsewhere! Also, I had my son with me. What a great first time experience he had with his eyes wide open. You lost the next generation of car buying too. More

We love the Subaru Outback! We got a very good deal and we would certainly go back to Lou Fusz to buy again. When we picked up the car, Christopher was very thorough in showing us the features of the car. We took ours for a test drive with Christopher before we signed the papers. It was a great all around experience. More

pleasantly fast and efficient we were very happy with chris smith's service : we arrived at a deal quickly , got the car within 2 weeks , were shown exactly where what and how abou we were very happy with chris smith's service : we arrived at a deal quickly , got the car within 2 weeks , were shown exactly where what and how about our new subaru , taken for a spin, etc. . the only 'fly' in the soup has nothing to do with our sales process but with the availability of services like oil changes , etc. ; THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE A WAITING PERIOD OF A FEW DAYS ! after having purchased a new subaru i wanted my old subaru checked out and went to my firestone station for the above mentioned reason ....: they needed to order 2 parts from subaru and then were supplied with only 1 part - by accident . i was not happy . this is a service which could be improved ! The sales person I dealt with (Chris Johnson) was the most helpful and professional sales person I have ever worked Overall it was a great experience. The person I worked with (sorry I can't recall his name) on the financing piece was also helpful and patient. The only person i was a bit disappointed in was the person (that I never met) who tried to dicker with me on the trade-in price. I knew what the car was worth having checked 5 different sites who help establish estimates on trade in cars, then set an average on those figures. I said that is what I was expecting on my trade in and he/she started trying to fudge things. I was getting VERY close to just getting up and walking out but Chris went back and talked to him/her again and came back with the price I wanted. His efforts saved the deal from falling through. More
