Amazing! I bought my Subaru Outback from here. I have always had bad experience with dealers where they act nice while you are buying the vehicle and once your I bought my Subaru Outback from here. I have always had bad experience with dealers where they act nice while you are buying the vehicle and once your vehicle is out the door so is their niceness. I was pleased to be treated otherwise here. They took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle, called us a few days later to ensure everything was going on fine and I can still ask them questions if I have and am treated the same way as I was when buying the car. Even the finance manager was nice and took the time to answer our thousand questions patiently. I did not feel rushed or forced to buy a car and multiple packages with it! I would highly recommend this place for the nice people that work here! I am really happy with my car! Thanks guys :) More
The beginning of a great adventure! I decided to check out the Fusz dealership in St. Louis after corresponding with Stephanie Stinebaker through my email. Then after speaking with Christopher Smith on the phone, decided to drive the two and a half hours to see what they had to offer. I might add that I had been researching SUV's for several months and was fairly certain I wanted a Subaru. I considered a used vehicle but after learning how the Subaru holds it's value and used isn't that much less than new, I went for new! Spending time with Christopher discussing all the features of an Outback, I made my decision and I couldn't be happier! As a consultant, you won't find anyone more courteous or knowledgeable about the Subaru. I'm still overwhelmed by all the amazing features on these vehicles but looking forward to learning as I begin a cross country adventure. First Time Subaru Buyer I went to Lou Fusz Subaru on a Saturday knowing that I wanted to buy a new car. I immediately was greeted by Christopher (Chris) Smith, and I explaine I went to Lou Fusz Subaru on a Saturday knowing that I wanted to buy a new car. I immediately was greeted by Christopher (Chris) Smith, and I explained that I had test drove both the Impreza and Outback the night before at a different dealership, but I still wanted to try the Crosstrek. Right away he got me keys to one that was sitting at the front of the store. He told me the route to take and sent me on my way. I was very pleased to be able to test drive the car without the salesman riding in the back because I find that to be a bit nerve wracking. After the test drive, I knew I had narrowed it down to either the Impreza or the Crosstrek, but I wanted to drive them back-to-back, so Chris got me the keys to the Impreza right away. I was sold on the Impreza! The Impreza they had in stock wasn't EXACTLY what I was looking for, so I ended up leaving without a new car that day. Most importantly, I had no pressure from Chris to buy something I wasn't 100% satisfied with. I left the next day (Sunday) to travel for business, but I was able to tell Chris exactly what I was looking for, and he found it for me that Monday. After talking to Chris about the options, I actually decided on an Impreza that was in stock at their St. Peters store. I put a deposit down on Monday to hold the car until I could get back on the following Saturday. Excited to get my new car, I show up Saturday and there it was sitting with a SOLD sign in the window. While they were assessing my trade-in, I got to take it for a test drive, and I LOVED it. If you are on the fence about buying a car with Eyesight, DO IT! The whole experience was hassle-free and no pressure, from start to finish. While waiting to talk to Rick Summerfield, Chris started going over all the features of the car. After talking with Rick and getting the financing squared away, Chris gave us a full hands-on tutorial of all the features of the car. Chris even offered to ride with us and explain the Eyesight Adaptive Cruise Control, since it takes some getting used to. While we didn't take him up on this offer (we foolishly skipped breakfast that morning and were hungry), he called me on Monday and again offered to help me understand all of the features, even after the sale was complete. I will not go to another dealership after my experience at Lou Fusz Subaru with Chris and Rick, I can't recommend them enough! More
What's Not to Love, Subaru Cannot Be Beat! We purchased our first Subaru Outback in 2007. Our Outback did not disappoint. After 155,000 miles we decided it was time to look at another vehicle for the family. There was no doubt that we would purchase another Outback. I had done a bit of research using the Subaru website and came away with colors and features we would be interested in. The Subaru website made it very easy to navigate and explore different options. We were headed to St. Louis for the weekend to get out of town for a bit and didn't realized we would end up stopping by a Subaru dealership. We met Christopher (Chris) Smith in the show room, which was hopping with activity. I could tell he was hurried, but he still took the time to greet us, show us where we could get a drink, and relax until we was able to get back to us. One of the big reasons I love dealing with Subaru is the hassle-free car buying experience. Chris affirmed that as we had a delightful conversation about what we wanted to purchase and what we would like to get out of our trade-in. Chris had us test drive a vehicle and it was very clear this was the exact same vehicle we wanted to leave with that day. Throughout the process Chris was always very pleasant, professional, and took the time to get to know us. We were talking about our families so much I almost forgot we were purchasing a new Outback. It took us a little time to get our trade-in appraised all the paperwork done, things signed and such, but it was still a fun afternoon at the dealership. Even with our kids in tow (we have an 8 and 3 year old) they managed to stayed occupied in the showroom as there was a children's play area, plenty of fresh fruit, and drinks aplenty. The other employees were kind to our children and never saw them as a bother. Our last visit was with Rick Summerfield in the Finance Department. Again, conversing with Rick was like conversing with a friend. There was never the feeling of being pressured into anything we didn't want. We shared stories with Rick and generally had a good time with him. He was always pleasant and professional, again the things you expect and get from Subaru. Sure, when you buy any big ticket item you need to do the math and make sure it all works out. However, it is also important to have a good relationship with the people you deal with. Chris and Rick are the reason that I would buy from Subaru again. I will be highly recommending Chris, Rick, and this dealer to anyone that asks me. We definitely felt the "Love" More

Don't ever preorder or purchase a car to be built! After my 8 month aggravation period I decided to cancel my preorder and it was a horrid trip to get my down payment back, I had to threaten a lawsuit for them to give me my money back. This is a small and shady dealer that I will NOT be returning to. More

We were initially going to purchase from another Subaru Dealership that day, however, the Fusz Sales Team honored a very competitive price point and we felt more comfortable working with this Team. The other dealership was "The Dean Team" in Ellisville, MO. They were very poor on follow-ups and vehicle locating services. Lou Fusz Team earned the business and I am sure that we will consider them for future vehicle purchases. Very nice work Chris, Rick, and the Management Team. Fast and friendly encounter.
