Received my car damaged by the dealership and they are denying causing the damage saying they showed me the damage but my interaction with their employees other than them telling me they were fine fixing denying causing the damage saying they showed me the damage but my interaction with their employees other than them telling me they were fine fixing my car was me informing them that they had damaged my car....scratched it from the passenger side all the way to the back I believe during car wash service. He says he has the employee on video pointing the damage to me while I was the one who went to get him when he told me my car was finished and I pointed the damaged to them. This is not the first time either. They previously denied repairs to my windshield that was under warranty and after back and forth with them for months and contacting all the managers I could get hold of they finally agreed it was actually under warranty but by that time I had had the window replaced somewhere else. I am certain race some play in this. You can show me the video of your said employee showing me the damage and I will move on but they will not show it because it did not happen.....now they are threatening to call the police to escort me out and cite trespass to prevent me from coming to the dealership. All I want is for them to make it right or at least acknowledge the damage. I know I have minor scratches on my driver door by the handle but nothing as the damaged they cause to my car. More
