T From an unfortunate accident early in the week to picking up a new 2018 Subaru Impreza on Friday. Chris Smith made it so so easy on us! No stress! The body shop reminded us to remove all items from the car and they also removed the license plates for me . . . in the rain! Later the body shop and Chris straightened the plates and attached them to the new car and swapped in the all weather floor maps and gave a detailed explanation of the many new features on the 2018 Subarus. This is our 4th Subaru! More
Lou Fusz is a ticking time bomb of bad experiences Spending 22,000 is a tough, discerning decision to make. The last 2 vehicles we purchased from the same dealer gave us 8 free synthetic oil changes. W Spending 22,000 is a tough, discerning decision to make. The last 2 vehicles we purchased from the same dealer gave us 8 free synthetic oil changes. We chose Lou Fusz because friends of ours recommended your team, little did we know......! My experience with Chuck Malloy and John Malloy was the absolute worst car experience I could have ever imagined. It started when I asked Chuck if he could throw in some oil changes with our deal. He said "We don't do that." I asked him to elaborate and he did. "We don't do that, only Travis has the authority." I went over to Travis and introduced myself and told him what Chuck said. Travis was confused why Chuck would say that so he walked back with me to where Chuck and my wife were sitting. Travis said "Chuck, I'm not the one that handles that, (he then turns to my wife and I and says) but I can give you a discount on the service plan." We did not want the service plan. I initially thought that Chuck was new so he really didn't know that Travis couldn't do that. I then asked Chuck if he knew of someone who could make that call. He again said "We just don't do that." I asked "Is there a sales manager we can talk to?" He said "Wait here, the sales manager was hadling another customer." and pointed John out. I respected that and I waited 15 minutes until John finished. He shook hands and the couple left. The entire time, Chuck was nowhere to be found. I waited another 5 minutes for John and he never stopped by or introduced himself and said I will be with you soon. I saw him sitting behind a computer desk talking with 2 other employees in an area in front of a large piece of glass. I approached the desk and for several minutes, he never even acknowledged me. I asked. "Are you the sales manager? I would like to talk to you." John said "Yes, I am and you are in a place where only employees aloud, but hey I can be with you in a couple of minutes." He continued talking with another employee for a bit longer while I waited. I said to him "That was very rude to say to someone, that was a dick move, that was mean." ell if you look at the left end of the wall it does say Employees Only." I looked and to his credit he was right, I missed it initially. By this time other employees had left. I told him about the situation with Chuck and Travis and John told me Chuck was his dad a d had been here since 2016. This really, really upset me because Chuck had to know that Travis couldn't give the oil changes yet he sent me to him anyway. This would also explain why Travis was confused. John handed me 2 free oil changes and said. " I didn't mean to be a dick, I'm sorry I came across as a dick. Maybe we just shouldn't do business with you." Chuck walked over to me and I asked him why he did what he did. He gave me excuses at first, but did eventually apologize. As the agony continued, my wife made it clear that she wanted her orange car no matter what, so we sat down with Travis in his office. As my wife and I were about to sign the last document, Travis (who was very nice) said we should have a 3 day right to recision and that I should ask John about it. I found John and he said that Travis was unaware that the rule only applies to used vehicles. I asked John one last time about the oil changes. He said "I am done, I am out, I am losing money if I give you another oil change. Let's just tear up the contract right now." I said "That's not what I want, my wife does want this which is the only reason I have stayed." John then made a brisk walk to Travis's office. It reminded me of the kid on the playground who says" I'm just going to take my ball and go home, see how you like that!" He entered Travis's office and said "Just tear up the contract Travis." My wife turned to me and said "We aren't getting the car?!" Travis shook his head and said "Guys, you are only 2 signatures away from owning this car. If you both sign, there is nothing he can do about it. " We both signed. My wife and I walked over to the car just as John was finishing removing both of our plates from the new car. He looked up at us. I said "We signed for the car." John was silent. He merely turned around, put our tags on the new car once again. John drove the new car from the showroom floor to the lot and clipped the driver side mirror, but we didn't see any real damage. Imagine the most tense filled, nail biting sporting event you have ever been to where unexpected turns and twists are commonplace and no one knows what will happen next! That is the best way to describe the experience. I want to make sure the record is clear, both men did apologize. Chuck apologized for lying and misleading me saying "All I can offer you at this point is my apology." and John saying " I didn't mean to be a dick, I'm sorry I came across as a dick. Maybe we just shouldn't do business with you." I called manager Ed who seemed to be upset about the issue and he would give us 6 free oil changes and get back to me I have yet to hear back More

Although it is an 80-mile round trip to reach this dealership from our home, we consider it well worth the travel time. The regular, factory-recommended service is always done to perfection and is probably one reason our first Subaru was still running well at nearly 200,000 miles when we traded it in. I feel I always get trustworthy, objective advice from Brian Eaton on non-routine matters as well, including best trailer hitches and best repair service for hail damage. More

Easiest car buying experience ever Jared McDonough made our whole car buying experience very easy, from the test drive to getting a fair value for our trade in. He even took the effort Jared McDonough made our whole car buying experience very easy, from the test drive to getting a fair value for our trade in. He even took the effort to pull our new car inside when a storm started rolling through and I thought that was very thoughtful. He worked with us and got us a very fair price for our trade in. I ended up with my dream car and couldn’t have asked for an easier, no pressure experience. More
