My wife and I saw this beautiful vehicle 2015 gmc Terran at Lou Fuz Subaru and thought it might be beyond our reach. We worked with Mo in sales. Even though Mo is fairly new too the industry, I guarantee he has a bright future. He is caring,knowledgeable and knows how to talk with people. Let's not forget the finance team that fit the square peg in the round hole for us. Bottom line is go see Mo so your dreams can come true. More

I went in for a recall and alignment. Was called that I needed all new brakes. 3 new rotors and one was not replaced like I paid for. Absolute, and I do mean ABSOLUTE, worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I live almost 2 hours away so I booked an appointment for 11:30 am which should leave plenty of time to finish the deal. experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I arrived 15 min early and instead of meeting with the person we were scheduled with got picked up by a random salesman which wasn’t a problem (at first). Almost immediately pulled up the car we picked out online, test drove, and back ready to crunch numbers, do a trade in, and close. HOWEVER, this is where it all went sideways. Immediately, somehow the price of the car jumps up 10,000$. Online, all former communication prior to meeting, and even directly from the dealerships mouth when test driving they said the car was only 38,000 but WHOOPS it’s actually 48,000. I understand mistakes happen but come on that’s not exactly a small mistake in numbers and even if online was wrong I’d hope the dealership would know the correct amount when discussing with us. ANYWAY, my wife loved the car so we decided to pursue it anyway. Obviously the numbers were different and higher than I would have liked but again we were very patient and let them crunch everything again. He then asked for my trade-in key to have someone make sure it was in good condition. Everything checked out, got a quote on trade in, and quote on the new car payment. This is where it goes further south… My wife and I discuss and say we don’t want to do it right now and NO JOKE it was like a personality switch, his face drops, becomes rude, and refuses to give us our key back. When my wife asks if he still had our trade-in’s key and no joke he says “yeah I do. I’m holding it hostage”… like ok weird response but ok. At this point our babysitter was starting to ask how much longer and we are over the situation since it’s now been 6 hours and the store is closing and this guy is not only making us wait for hours but essentially forcing us into a deal. EVEN NOW I’m like fine let’s do this, she wants it, I drove all this way come on but nope just keep being told “it won’t be long”. Honestly, I would have bought the darn car because my wife wanted it at this point and we were STILL going to but this guy just couldn’t get his stuff together. My wife has to ask for the keys a second time and we finally just leave… at 6:30… they close at 5… we waited from 11:15 -6:30… 7 hours for nothing but empty promises, people saying “not much longer now”, price mistakes, and one of the worst sales experiences ever… none of this is hyperbolic… I drove 2 hours, there and back, for this experience from what I thought was a top tier dealership. I’m assuming it was the salesman and not the dealership but come on…DO NOT DEAL WITH CHRIS. More
Chuck Malloy (Sales Consultant) is very friendly. He listened to what I wanted. Once I ordered my car he sent me updates. Brian Vescovo (Business Manager) who was also super friendly, made the application process smooth. He explained the extra options that were available and answered any questions I had. I can say I love my New Subaru Outback and have enjoyed the car buying experience with the friendly staff at Lou Fouz on North Lindbergh Blvd. More
