My first contact was with Internet Sales. I received a quote quickly. I called the dealership and spoke with Dave Blanke (our salesman). Upon arrival, Dave met my wife and me and said "here are the keys to your new car" with a huge smile on his face. Great welcoming! While we waited for finance, he showed us everything about the car. Very knowledgeable person! The car was already prepared for delivery and the deal was not even complete. I fully expected something to change in finance (breaking the deal). I have never purchased a vehicle without some number swapping... Tony Iannicola (finance manager) explained all the documents clearly. The numbers exactly matched our offer sheet. No add-ons! The additional warranty coverages were explained with absolutely no pressure to purchase. This was the easiest car purchase ever! When we were ready to leave, Dave spent another hour with us reviewing the features of the car and warranty. He stayed well after closing for us.
