Scott Hargis at Lou Fusz Chevrolet in St.peters,mo told me to have it towed to Flat of Met I called my Lou Fusz dealership about the car not starting. Scott Hargis at Lou Fusz Chevrolet in St.peters,mo told me to have it towed to Flat of Metro East 501 Salem place in Fairveiw Heights,I'll I call first and relayed the message to the operation there she put me in touch with the right people. First Mr. John Compton tech,#132,was person who verified my concern and found it. And it move on to Mr.Eric wright Technical of installment #109 those Staff work very well together for there customer I was extremely happy and thankful for not having the run-around. I had to have a control Module and keys reprogram it happen all within two working days from finding the issue. Shout out to all the staff that works so well together at Lou Fusz! We've been a Lou Fusz customer since mid-1990's when we first purchased a Saturn for my husband. Then, we went back and purchase a Saturn SC-1 for me (and I still have the photo!). As our daughters became old enough to drive, we made sure they purchased their first cars (Saturns, I might add), from there as well. I'm hoping to purchase my next vehicle from them as well--the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio. I'm still saving my pennies!! It's something about their customer service that has kept me going back to them all of these years. When I start seeing tha diminish, then it will be time for me to go elsewhere. More
