Short on full service Took car in for oil change. Everything was fine except they failed to do all service that was paid for in package. Supposed to get car washed every service, but when I noticed I was told they don’t wash cars when it is cold, may freeze door handles !??? Here’s a thought, check temperature first (was 45 degrees this day) and if it is cold, freezing cold, then wipe the water off the door handles - maybe dry whole car!! That’s service! More
