The dealer mishandled the diagnostic testing of my car. I was without a car for almost 2 weeks with a $1000 bill. I was advised my car was test driven by multiple people and no issues arose after testing so my car when good to go. I drove my car about 7 miles to my residence. When I went back to start it up every light was on on my dashboard and it began leaking fluids. I had it took back the next business day and was presented with a $2000. My car was not properly tested before giving it back and never had a leak in the 14 years I’ve had the car. They would not take ownership for their doing or lack there of for testing. I was highly disappointed and felt I was misinformed and could not make an adequate decision when paying the initial $1000. After 14 years, I will not be back for any services in the future. More

I am well pleased with Lou Fusz Mazda--its service and sales departments. I purchased my vehicle in 2019; the service department has since been overhauled. I was charged $40 because I mentioned a creeking sound that turned out to the skid plate underneath which was loose but needed to be removed in order to change the oil.
