The sales rep, Danny, was great, easy to work with and very informative. The finance lady was awkward and sent my new car title to my previous address and it was lost in the Hazlewood USPS distribution ce very informative. When I called for support, the finance was incredulous that she sent the title to the wrong place and asked if I could drive up there and ask them to look for the mailing. What started out as a great experience has turned me off from purchasing another vehicle with the Lou Fusz team. More

Oil change and tire rotation done. chose not to do the spark plug job and going to shop the tires.was disappointed my service advisor would not honor a 10% off coupon from Bomarito Mazd chose not to do the spark plug job and going to shop the tires.was disappointed my service advisor would not honor a 10% off coupon from Bomarito Mazda anther local dealer coupn...offered $15 or $20 off what would have been a $565 job if I said yes to the spark plug job. If I said yes to the tires it would have been over $1300. Can't tell you how to run your business. Seems a little odd you won't honor another local Mazda Dealers coupon. By the way I bought the car brand new from this dealer. Like to keep all the service work with you but $500-$1300 just seem like there would have been more consideration here. More
