Considerate and transparent Came in for an oil change and a thumping sound. They found a bolt in my tire and took me out to the shop to show it to me while my car was on the lif Came in for an oil change and a thumping sound. Staff great The staff was great, I think the repair was done well, but not complete. My car was in the shop for a long time more than 2 weeks. It took a long time to get the parts, but a loaner car was provided which was essential for me being able to do this repair. Unfortunately, as soon as I got the car home I realized that the repair wasn't complete. The car is back in the shop and a new loaner car provided. More
