Frustrating I was taking my car in for a recall. I told them on the phone I would need to rent a car. When I arrived that morning, they told me I would need a cop I was taking my car in for a recall. I told them on the phone I would need to rent a car. When I arrived that morning, they told me I would need a copy of my current insurance card. No one told me that on the phone, and I only had an expired one. They told me I had to have one or would not be able to rent. I had to go to work straight from there so I had to have a car. So I had to go online, make an account on my insurance company website and download a card. This took an extra 5-7 minutes for me to do this and it made me late for work. Thankfully, there was no traffic on the way or I would have been even later. It was very very frustrating. I understand that you need to know that I am an insured driver, however, I think it’s something that needs to be told to me when I call. That way I could have double checked my insurance card to make sure I had an up to date card More

I was going to Valvoline previously but had so many issues I decided I'd I began taking my Murano to Lou Fusz a couple of years ago for an oil change. I was going to Valvoline previously but had so many issues I decided I'd try Lou Fusz bc they were close by plus I had a coupon. Cannot tell you how pleasant it was. Every step was explained and the pricing was transparent. I've often gotten in and out within the hour and actually enjoyed sitting in the waiting room. They are extremely friendly and helpful.
