Great service team and new facility I’ve been doing business with Lou Fusz for the last 3 years roughly and have always gotten good service. Julie is my advisor and has always taken care I’ve been doing business with Lou Fusz for the last 3 years roughly and have always gotten good service. Julie is my advisor and has always taken care of getting me the information I need on upcoming services and suggesting anything that may need to also be done. I’ve had a few interactions with Shawn as well when Julie is busy and he has been fantastic too! Plus their new facility is fantastic, really highlights the Mazda brand, can’t wait to pay off my car and possibly buy a new one down the road. I can’t remember the salesman I talked to when I was waiting in the lobby, but he was extremely friendly and approachable and had a good conversation since they appeared to be a little slower that day because of the rain. More
