Honesty and courtesy Had some noise coming from the front brakes at slow speed breaking and thought it was going to be big dollars. Josh meet me at my car and after I described the problem, asked me to wait a couple minutes while they checked it, and escorted me to the waiting area. When he returned, he told me there was a hot spot on the pad, but I really didn’t need new pads yet. He recommended I not do anything and sent me off free of charge. All done with a smile. Faulty repair eventually made right I always use this dealership for my oil changes and I will continue to use it. After my most recent oil change they gave me a list of maintenance issu I always use this dealership for my oil changes and I will continue to use it. After my most recent oil change they gave me a list of maintenance issues, some of which I chose to have repaired. After the repair it took two more visits to get my car back to working order. The extra work was done without charge but the inconvenience and time wasted was annoying. No one at the dealership was willing to admit it was an issue with the original repair and simply blamed the extra issues on the mileage of my vehicle or faulty parts. I do appreciate that they made everything right. More
