My vehicle wasnt having problems with the oil leaking it was a negligent problem a gasket got cracked at the dealership by the person who worked on my car, sent me home with that very problem inconvenience me and my family, then later sent me a email stating that I needed more work home after me being there already twice in 1week no one ever told me this needed to be done with the first or seconed visit wasnt any paperwork given stating that I needed a transmission service or power steering cleaning so now the next week Im back Monday to get a transmission cleaning and power steering cleaning which I should have been notified about on the first visit, my car is hear every 3 months for service never late or overdue for any service, barely drive due to being laid off this year due to covid how in the world would my transmission fluid get that dirty and power steering fluid be that bad when I was just here 2months ago, makes me question whether or not their doing a ful circle inspection every visit, and was also lied too about engine and cabin filter prices, my Husband and I have checked with every shop owner and other dealerships and they all stated theres no filters ever cost 100.00 dollars a piece, yes the problem was resolved but it shouldnt have ever went to this degree of discomfort.
