Initially it was unpleasant as the guy who was figuring out my appointment was very short and angry towards me because my appointment was not appearing on screen. When he was able to find my appointment time and it showed what I had said, he immediately shifted and was friendly and blamed it on bad communication with the team. He made a joke in which he called him and me vertically challenged the day I dropped off the car and the next day when I picked it up. I didn't like the joke.
