As I approached this sparkling gem of a facility, I was greeted by a very friendly service advisor named Brian. Brian graciously helped me to drop off my vehicle, And assured me that my precious Mazda woul greeted by a very friendly service advisor named Brian. Brian graciously helped me to drop off my vehicle, And assured me that my precious Mazda would be cared for tenderly. The work was performed as promised and I received a video review of the vehicle’s condition during inspection. Once I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Brian proved to be a true hero as he saved my cat from a nearby tree and also helped me fix the slice in my golf swing. What a guy! More

My car was totaled in your parking lot. Staff was empathic and we agreed on a price for my 2018 cat. I felt like more could have been done to lower the price of the new CX50. I love LFM, they really treat me like family here! Although I’ve moved 35 miles away, I still drive back to have my car serviced because I know they care about more than what’s under the hood!
