Bad Sales Manager. Very very rude. Very very dissapointed and hated being here today. We got a Mazda CX-5 2018, last Friday and it was Tuesday when I realized there is something wrong Very very dissapointed and hated being here today. We got a Mazda CX-5 2018, last Friday and it was Tuesday when I realized there is something wrong with the car. It gave me two jerks when I started the car and I saw these malfunction warnings and engine warnings, shown in the pictures. Wednesday afternoon, my husband took the car back to dealer and asked them what is wrong with this brand new car that's supposed to be working very well. They told him that they will diagnose and call us back, meanwhile to give us a loaner car. And then, when my husband went back to get the loaner car, the lady responsible over there shouted at my husband saying they can't provide one. He complained to the front desk about that and finally got one after all that drama. The service people were looking into the problem and had to keep the car with them that night (yesterday) and never called us till today afternoon. We went back to check on the status and now comes the fun part. The GM of the Sales department Mr. Jason Catlin is supposed to talk to us, but made us wait for 15 mins, while he was very happily responsing to customers who came in after we did. He came to us after all his priorities and necessities taken care of, and told us that they are fixing the car and he had nothing to do with our frustration. He told us that if we don't stop complaining, we better leave the showroom. "You may leave" were the exact words that came out. I was surprised to hear that. I was surprised to see how they treat their customers. If I did that to my customers at work, they would show me the door. You see unhappy customers daily and I think as a Sales manager, its your job to calm them down, explain the problem and promise them it is going to fine. Rather you insult them? Or was it racism? Definitely need an explanation and apology for this. More
ABSOLUTELY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN!!! You all have been AMAZING. Literally. I have never had such a smooth experience when buying a car. I felt like everyone there genuinely wanted me to have exactly what I was looking for. They didn't make me think I had to "settle" for something that I didn't really want. They sat down with me and wanted to know what I was looking for in a vehicle. Not only did they find me exactly what I wanted....but they exceeded my expectation. And when it came time to close the deal......well lets just say the "deal came to me". With a pretty long work day, I knew I wouldn't make it to pick my car up before they closed. No worries Scott said, "We'll just bring it to you!" and that they did. It was absolutely like nothing I had ever experienced or even seen. Not only did he "hand deliver" my new car.....but he also transferred my license plates to my new car. So THANK YOU SCOTT BROTHERTON FOR MAKING IT PAINLESS! FYI....I smile every time I get in my car now. That hour long commute doesn't hurt so bad anymore! LOL. More
Really glad I bought a Mazda from Low Fusz. I live in St Charles, but I bought my car from Lou Fusz. Didn't get a very good offer from the local dealer, but Flash Gordon gave me what I thought I live in St Charles, but I bought my car from Lou Fusz. Didn't get a very good offer from the local dealer, but Flash Gordon gave me what I thought was a very fair deal. There was no high pressure. This is the second time I brought my Mazda in for service. Didn't catch the name of the person that helped me the first time, but I was in and out in a very short time, and everything was perfect. Brought the vehicle in for oil change and asked to have the computer system checked. Got there before the dealer was open,but they waved me in and said to come in cause it was too cold to wait outside. They completed the service and checked out the computer system for me and I was on my way home by 8"00 AM. Great service by very friendly and knowledgeable people.
