I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda3 touring edition from Lou Fusz Mazda. The entire experience was pleasant. DO NOT buy a car from here. I purchased a vehicle recently from this dealership and I had problems right from the start. 24 hours after purchasing my car it stalled and would not restart. For the nex recently from this dealership and I had problems right from the start. 24 hours after purchasing my car it stalled and would not restart. For the next 30 days they took the car from me on 4 different occasions in an attempt to figure out what was wrong with it. I lost 2 days worth of pay and tip money (I deliver pizzas), which is about $200. That idiot manager Steven Winters suggested to me that if they couldn't fix it they would return my $500 to me and we could part as friends. NOT likely since I showed up with a WORKING RUNNING car and if I don't have a car, I DON'T HAVE A JOB! They finally figured out what the problem was (they had to send it to a Ford dealer) and FINALLY got it fixed. When I asked when it would be ready |I was told they were just waiting for a sending unit to install on it (it tells you how much gas is in your car). When I got it back, the sending unit WAS NOT replaced!! I found this out when I ran out of gas, even though the gauge showed there was 1/4 tank left. GO SOMEWHERE else to buy a car! More

Incredibly bad customer service. Contacted the dealership by email on a Wednesday to inquire about a used Mazda. When I called on Friday to ask about coming in on Saturday to see the vehicle, Ste dealership by email on a Wednesday to inquire about a used Mazda. When I called on Friday to ask about coming in on Saturday to see the vehicle, Steve Winters told me "Oh, Stephanie called you." Um, no, she didn't. Steve assured me "come at 1:45 PM, and we'll have the car up front ready to go for you. Ask for Stephanie."" Saturday arrived, and I got to the dealership at 1:45. The car wasn't up front waiting to go. OK, no big deal. Asked for Stephanie, and they had go hunt her down. Still no huge deal. While I'm waiting for Stephanie, I'm looking around - this place looks like it was built in 1962, and not a dollar has been put into it since. Stephanie arrives, and hands me over to a sales guy - she says he'll take me to the car. OK... only as we go outside, it's apparent (as we wander around the lot) that the guy has no idea where the car actually is. We finally find the car (a convertible) and I immediately see a hole in the roof. All the stitching is rotted out, and it reeks of mildew and mold. And the car was listed for well over blue book value. The sales guy asks to make a copy of my drivers license, and I decline - telling him I'm walking away from this one. He asks "why?" and I point out the hole in the roof, the rotten stitching, and the stench and he says "oh, we didn't know it had a hole." Really. Plus five for moxie, but minus 80 for trying to BS me. Repeatedly. Run, don't walk, away from this dealership. More

She worked with me for over a year searching and assisting me in finding my Subaru. She took care of me every step of the way. Her and Jim made the car buying experience the best that I have EVER found. Low stress and professional. I cannot say enough about how Karen really provided the absolute BEST assistance and how she did more than I ever expected out of the buying experience. She now has a customer for life and anytime that someone mentions they are looking for a new car I ALWAYS refer them to her. More
